Many people battle with weight, and I am but one of them. The reading on our bathroom scale has crept up sixty pounds (ouch) from 2005. Much of that is because my exercise regimen has steadily decreased – it’s getting harder to work out as the kids get older.
Our primary care physician pointed us to sparkpeople.com – a great site that helps you track calories and exercise FOR FREE. They even have a cool app for the iPhone. Forget the Weight Watchers paid service, and try this instead.
Now all I need to do is actually use the stinking thing.
