I’m not sure if this is a watershed moment on this blog or not. I’m about to get personal. The last seven days have been trying on me. I found out I have to start exercising to bring down my blood pressure or go on meds. I’m 37 for crying out loud. I also found out some other personal news, and while I will not go into details here, I’m in for a trying, difficult, and rocky road in the next 3-5 years.
